one important rule is to trim candle wcks to 1/4 inch each time before burning. Your candle scent will get stronger as it melts the wax and create it's first wax pool. Always keep a burning candle within sight. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch on fire. Extinguish the flame if it comes to close to the holder or container.
